Reports 63/2012: Rejection and dismissal of the appeal in the case for repealing the resolutions of the Ordinary Shareholders Meeting of the Bank dated April 23, 2008

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that on 26 October 2012 the Appeal Court in Warsaw:

1) rejected the appeal of the Bank's shareholder against the verdict of 7 March 2012 in the part related to repealing of the resolutions no. 5 and no. 23 of the Bank's Ordinary General Meeting of 23 April 2008 on approving the Bank's financial statement for 2007, and granting the vote of approval to the Bank's Management Board Member to execution of obligations in 2007;

2) dismissed the appeal of the Bank's shareholder against the verdict of 7 March 2012 in part related to repealing of the resolution no. 10 of the Bank's Ordinary General Meeting of 23 April 2008 on distribution of the Bank's net profit for 2007.

The decision of the Court on rejection the appeal is not final. The verdict on dismissal the appeal is final.
