Rejecting the appeal of the Bank's shareholder

Report 68/2010: Rejected the appeal against sentence dismissing the claim for repealing the resolution No 5 and No 10 of the Bank's Ordinary General Meeting of 23 April 2008

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that Bank received decision of the Circuit Court in Warsaw dated on 8 November 2010 rejecting the appeal of the Bank's shareholder against the sentence of 22 January 2010 dismissing the shareholder claim for repealing resolutions No. 5 and No. 10 of the Ordinary Shareholders Meeting of the Bank dated April 23, 2008 on approving the Bank's financial statement for 2007 and distribution of net profit for 2007. 

The objective decision is invalid.

Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 10 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
