Regus plc (“Regus” or “the Company”), the global workplace provider, today announces that Alex Sulkowski will retire from the Board with effect from 19 May 2015 (the date of the next annual general meeting) and that François Pauly will be appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 19 May 2015. The appointment of François Pauly is subject to applicable law including shareholder approval at the Company’s forthcoming annual general meeting.
Alex Sulkowski has served as an independent non-executive director since 2010 and was, until recently, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. François Pauly, 50, currently serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Banque Internationale à Luxembourg SA. He was the Chief Executive and Chairman of the Management Board of Banque Internationale à Luxembourg SA until October 2014. François also serves as a Director of Société de la Bourse de Luxembourg SA, Luxair SA, Group La Luxembourgeoise SA, BIP Investment Partners SA, M&C S.p.A. and Cobepa SA as well as serving on the boards of several charitable organisations.
