Regulatory Ruling Issued Regarding NCSP and NGT

The Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port Group (LSE: NCSP, RTS and MICEX: NMTP) hereby reports the issue of an official resolution and a directive by the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS of Russia) regarding the case on indications of antimonopoly regulation breaches by Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port (PJSC NCSP) and Novorossiysk Grain Terminal (PJSC NGT).
As stated in the resolution dated 19 March, 2010 the commission of FAS of Russia ruled «to terminate the case regarding PJSC NCSP as no breaches of antimonopoly regulation were found in its activity».
With regard to PJSC NGT the commission issued a directive to implement actions aimed at protection of competition.
PJSC NGT will appeal against the ruling and the directive of FAS of Russia in accordance with the established procedure.
