Report 83/2009: Registration of Series G Shares and Share Capital Increase of Bank
The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs, that on the 4th of September, 2009, it has received information that on 3rd of September, 2009, on the base of the Statement of National Depository for Securities ("KDPW"), 6.078 Series G Ordinary Bearer Shares of Bank, with nominal value of PLN 1.00 (one) each and marked under the code ISIN "PLPEKAO0016"have been registered;
The share capital of the Bank was increased by the total amount of PLN 6.078 as a result of 6.078 Series G Ordinary Bearer Shares issue. The share capital of the Bank amounts to PLN 262 234 857 and divides into:

The total number of votes at the Bank's Meeting of Shareholders is 262 234 857 (two hundred sixty two million two hundred thirty four thousand eight hundred fifty seven).
Increase was conducted as a result of registration on buyer's account of 6.078 Series G Ordinary Bearer Shares, issued within in the framework of the conditional share capital increase on the base of Resolution No. 7 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna conducted on 25th July, 2003 on contingent increase of the statutory capital, exclusion of the pre-emptive rights on the Series F and G shares of the Bank and amendment to the Statute of the Bank.
Bank's conditional share capital increase have been registered by Warsaw District Court, XIX Economic Division of the National Court Registry on 17th September 2003, which was reported by Bank in current report 107/2003 dated 19th September 2003.

Section 34 subsection 1 clause 1 and Section 5 subsection 1 clause 9 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
