Registration of Scheme Booklet
(including Notice of Scheme Meeting and Proxy Form)
MOD Resources Ltd ("the Company" or "MOD") (ASX/LSE: MOD) is pleased to confirm that the scheme booklet ("Scheme Booklet") in relation to the proposal from Sandfire Resources NL ("Sandfire") (ASX:SFR) to acquire 100% of MOD Shares by way of a Scheme of Arrangement ("the Scheme") was registered on 21 August 2019 with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
The Scheme Booklet, which also contains the notice of scheme meeting, will be dispatched to MOD shareholders on or around Tuesday, 27 August 2019. A copy of the Scheme Booklet is available on the Company's website at https://www.modresources.com.au/mod-resources-scheme-booklet.
A copy of the Scheme Booklet has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection (subject to securities laws) at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
MOD shareholders should carefully read the Scheme Booklet in its entirety and the material accompanying it before deciding whether to vote in favour of the Scheme.
