Registration of GC Dominio Authorities Becomes Effective Again

On 11 November 2013, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that, in connection with the note filed on 14 August 2012, GC Dominio S.A. ("GC Dominio"), a shareholder of the Company, had been served notice of a decision rendered on 5 November 2013 by Chamber "A" of the National Commercial Court of Appeals in re "Argentine Superintendency of Legal Entities (Inspección General de Justicia) v. GC Dominio S.A. re/ External Bodies", whereby the Court of Appeals revoked Section 1 of Resolution No. 875/IGJ 2012. Pursuant to that provision, the Argentine Superintendency of Legal Entitieshad ordered the suspension of the administrative act dated 23 April 2012, whereby that agency had registered the appointment of GC Dominio's authorities. As a consequence of this decision, the appointment of GC Dominio's authorities dated 23 April 2012 and registered under No. 7147, Book No. 59 of Share Companies has become effective again.
