Referral to Competition Commission

Capita confirms that the OFT has referred Capita's acquisition of IBS OPENSystems to the Competition Commission due to concerns regarding part of IBS's business, the supply of revenue and benefits software services to UK local authorities. We will fully engage with the Commission in their review.
