Reference Price for Scrip Dividend

As set out in its announcement dated 28 July 2014, Sirius Real Estate today announces that the reference price of a new ordinary share under the Scrip Dividend Scheme, for the final dividend in respect of the financial year ending 31 March 2014, has been set at €0.3445. This is the average of the closing middle market prices of the Company's Ordinary Shares derived from the Daily Official List of the London Stock Exchange for the 5 dealing days from the Ex-Dividend Date of 23 July 2014.

Copies of the Scrip Dividend Scheme Circular have been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's website.
