Notice of Reduction of Equity Interest in Share Capital ofPJSC ROSSETI
Moscow, September 6, 2018 - Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System (hereinafter, "Federal Grid Company" or "Company"; Moscow Exchange and LSE: FEES), a member of Rosseti Group, and the operator of the Unified National Electricity Grid ("UNEG") of Russia, announces that on September 5, 2018, the equity interest held by Federal Grid Company in the share capital of PJSC Rosseti was reduced from 0.689% to 0.151%. Federal Grid Company now holds only preferred shares in PJSC Rosseti. The change in the equity interest held by Federal Grid Company in PJSC Rosseti was approved by a resolution of the Board of Directors of Federal Grid Company (minutes No. 417 dated August 16, 2018).
