Reduction of Management Fee

ETFS Metal Securities Limited (the "Issuer") hereby announces that, with effect from 22 February 2017, the Management Fee rate in relation to the ETFS Physical Swiss Gold Individual Securities will be reduced to 0.29 per cent. per annum.

Terms used in this announcement and not otherwise defined bear the same meanings as where used in the prospectus of the Issuer dated 17 May 2016.
