Kier Group plc - Reduction in OFT Fine

Kier Group plc confirms that, on 11 March 2011, the Competition Appeal Tribunal reduced the fine imposed on the Kier Group by the Office of Fair Trading in 2009 from £17.9 million to £1.7 million.

Kier fully endorses competition law and, in 2007, began the implementation of a comprehensive compliance programme which has been firmly embedded throughout the business.
