REDEMPTION OF £100,000,000 9.5 PER CENT. FIXED RATE SUBORDINATED NOTES DUE 2025 OF PARTNERSHIP LIFE ASSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED (THE "NOTES")(ISIN: XS1207688919; COMMON CODE: 120768891)
Just Group plc announces that Partnership Life Assurance Company Limited has today given notice to the holders of the Notes (such Notes being originally issued by Partnership Assurance Group plc and subsequently substituted as issuer by Partnership Life Assurance Company Limited) that it will redeem all of the Notes outstanding in full on 24 March 2020 in accordance with their terms and conditions. The Notes will be redeemed at their principal amount together with accrued interest.
Following redemption, the Notes will be cancelled and an application made to cancel their listing on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to cancel their admission to trading on the regulated market of the London Stock Exchange.
