("Bank") informs, that on14th of February, 2006 the Bank acting on the basis of art. 25 of the Act onbonds dated 29.06.1995 (Law Journal of 2001, No 120, item 1300 as amended) inconnection with (S) 16 section 3 of Resolution No 6 of the Extraordinary GeneralMeeting of Shareholders of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spolka Akcyjna dated25.07.2003 on issuance of Series A,B,C and D registered bonds of the Bank withthe priority right to take up shares of the Bank, the exclusion of pre-emptiveright for the Series F and G shares of the Bank and the exclusion of pre-emptiveright for Series A,B,C and D registered bonds with priority rights to take-upthe shares of the Bank and point 2.8.1 of the Issue Conditions for Series ABonds, established by Resolution of the Management Board No 40/III/05 dated30.03.2005, redeemed 191,924 (one hundred ninety one thousand nine hundredtwenty four) Series A registered bonds of the Bank with priority right to takeup Series F shares of the Bank.
