The Notes are admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange plc and to trading on its regulated market.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Portfolio Option Holder has exercised the Portfolio Purchase Option resulting in the Notes being redeemed (and the Certificates cancelled) on the Payment Date falling in February 2025 (such date being 25 February 2025).
