Redemption of Income Shares

STOBART GROUP - REDEMPTION OF INCOME SHARES

Stobart Group Limited (the "Company") has today written to the holders of the remaining 854,462 Income Shares in the Company (the "Income Shares") to inform them of the Company's intention to redeem the Income Shares for £1 per Income Share in accordance with Article 3 (15) of the Company's articles of incorporation.

The record date for entitlement to the redemption monies is 16 August 2010 and the redemption monies will be paid to holders of the Income Shares on Monday 23 August 2010.

Following this redemption, there will be no further Income Shares in issue. Trading of the Income Shares on London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities will therefore be cancelled.
