This Pricing Supplement (as referred to in the prospectus (the "Prospectus") dated 12 April 2011 in relation to the above Programme) relates to the redemption of the ETFS Shorts and Leveraged Commodity Securities set out below. The ETFS Short and Leveraged Commodity Securities have the terms provided for in the trust instrument dated 8 February 2008 between the Issuer and The Law Debenture Trust Corporation p.l.c. as trustee constituting the ETFS Short and Leveraged Commodity Securities. Terms used in this Pricing Supplement and not defined herein bear the same meaning as in the Prospectus. The particulars in relation to this redemption of ETFS Short and Leveraged Commodity Securities are as follows:
