Return of Capital UpdateRedemption of B Shares

Following its announcement on 28 September 2017, Landsec confirms that the redemption of the B Shares relating to its return of capital will occur today.

It is expected that Shareholders entitled to receive payments in respect of the proceeds of the redemption of the B Shares will receive payment on or around 13 October 2017.

Terms used in this announcement but which are not otherwise defined shall have the same meanings as set out in the Circular.
