Redemption of B Shares

Following its announcement on 15 February 2018, Rockrose Energy plc (LSE: RRE) (the "Company") confirmed that the redemption of the B Shares relating to its return of capital will occur today.

It is expected that Shareholders entitled to receive payments in respect of the proceeds of the redemption of the B Shares will receive payment on or around 23 February 2018.

Terms used in this announcement but which are not otherwise defined shall have the same meanings as set out in the circular of the Company published on 29 January 2018.
