REDEMPTION AND CANCELLATION OF LISTING OF £20,000,000 11% 1ST MORTGAGE DEBENTURE STOCK 2016

The Company announces that the above listed stock of the Company was redeemed in full in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Trust Deed dated 21 February 1986 constituting such stock on 6 January 2016.

As no stock remains outstanding, application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority, in its capacity as the United Kingdom Listing Authority, for the cancellation of the stock from the Official List of the London Stock Exchange at its earliest convenience.
