CONFIRMATION OF REDEMPTION OF NOTES AND CANCELLATION OF LISTING

Series Fleet 2016‑01 Class A Notes (ISIN XS1494907014)Series Fleet 2016‑01 Class B Notes (ISIN XS1494925347)Series Fleet 2016‑01 Class C Notes (ISIN XS1494948042)Series Fleet 2016‑01 Class Z Notes (ISIN XS1494982140)Series Fleet 2016‑01 Class S Notes (ISIN XS1495001627) (the Notes)

Clause 1 (Standard Interpretation Provision) of the RMBS Framework Terms, Edition 1, dated 1 November 2016 and signed by or on behalf of Citibank, N.A., London Branch (as the Security Trustee) for the purposes of identification (as the same may be amended, varied or supplemented from time to time) in relation to the Issuer's residential mortgage backed securities programme shall apply to this notice as if set out in this paragraph and treating this notice as the Principal Document.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to each Holder of a Note that the Issuer has fully redeemed all of the Notes on 15 November 2021, and that the Financial Conduct Authority in its capacity as the competent authority under the UK Prospectus Regulation has cancelled the listing of the Notes on the official list of the Financial Conduct Authority with effect from 16 November 2021 and the London Stock Exchange plc has removed the admission of the Notes to trading on London Stock Exchange's Main Market with effect from 16 November 2021.
