red24 to provide Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty with crisis management assistance services

red24 plc, the crisis assistance company, is pleased to announce that they will now provide Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty ("AGCS"), the corporate insurer of Allianz Group, with crisis management services.

This new relationship gives red24 the opportunity to continue to expand its global operations while supporting AGCS clients facing product contamination, hostile environment and terrorism risks.

red24's network of specialists will be available to provide immediate support for technical, testing, regulatory, logistical and crisis communications issue should AGCS clients encounter a difficulty with their personnel or products. These services are also complemented with a range of advisory, training and procedural support services to ensure clients have the appropriate preparations in place to mitigate risk to their business.

In addition, red24 will provide prevention, risk mitigation and on-the-ground response services for hostile environment incidents. Such incidents are coordinated by the company's Crisis Response Management Center in South Africa, staffed by a team of multilingual customer service representatives, regional analysts and security experts. With red24's global network of consultants, Allianz clients will be able to access support on a worldwide basis.
