In compliance with the provisions of Law no. 24/2017 regarding Issuers of Financial Instruments and Market Operations and F.S.A. Regulation no. 5/2018 on Issuers of Financial Instruments and Market Operations, we hereby inform upon one editing error occured throughout the Current Report published on March 30, 2022 (IRIS BSE code CEF2E, RNS number: 5740G) regarding the conclusion of a loan agreement according to article 234 letter i from F.S.A. Regulation no. 5/2018 with Raiffeisen Bank, respectively in the sense that the date of the agreement, as it appears in the last paragraph of the report, is March 30, 2022 and not March 30, 2020.
Thus, the last paragraph of the Current Report "Loan Agreement acc. to art. 234 letter i Reg. 5 from 2018 - Raiffeisen Bank" wiII be read: "Bank Loan Agreement no. 37843/March 30, 2022 was signed in accordance with the conditions approved by the OGMS of S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. on December 10, 2021."
