Churchill China plc, ("Churchill" or the "Company") (LSE:CHH) the manufacturer and global distributor of ceramic tableware and household products to hospitality and retail markets, released its Preliminary Results for the year ended December 2011 on 28 March 2012. The statement included an incorrect dividend record date of 26 April. The correct record date for the Final Dividend in respect of 2011 is 27 April 2012.
