Record Date for Dividend - Correction

 

The following amendment has been made to the 'Preliminary Results for the year to 31 December 2020' announcement released on 9 March 2021 at 07:00 under RNS No:5529R.

 

The record date stated under section 7. Dividends is corrected from 19 April 2021 to 9 April 2021.

 

All other details remain unchanged.

 

The full amended text is as follows:

 

7. Dividends

 

The 2020 proposed final dividend of 41.5p per share is proposed to be paid on 14 May 2021 to shareholders on the register at 9 April 2021. It was approved by the Board after 31 December 2020 and has not be included as a liability as at 31 December 2020.
