Henderson Group plc02 April 2007 Record and payment dates02 April 2007 Henderson Group plc wishes to confirm the timetable for its proposed finaldividend for the year ended 31 December 2006. This includes the dates when theprocessing of requests by holders of CHESS Depositary Interests (CDIs) toconvert CDIs into ordinary shares, or by ordinary shareholders to convertordinary shares into CDIs, will be suspended. On 28 February 2007, the Directors announced their recommendation to pay a finaldividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2006 of 2.27 pence* perordinary share. Payment of this dividend is subject to approval by shareholdersat the Annual General Meeting to be held on 3 May 2007.
