Reconvening of EGM
The Board of Parkmead announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM"), which was due to be held on the 27 October 2008, and which was adjourned, has been reconvened for the 21 November 2008.
The Board is pleased to confirm that the matters giving rise to the adjournment have now been resolved.
A notice reconvening the EGM will be sent out in due course.
