H&T Group PLC08 April 2008 H&T Group plc ("the Company") Recommended final dividend The Company announces that the recommended final dividend for the year ended 31December 2007 of 3.4p per ordinary share in the capital of the Company will bepaid on 4 June 2008 to all shareholders on the register at the close of businesson 9 May 2008. This brings the total dividend for the year ended 31 December2007 to 5.0p per ordinary share in the capital of the Company, compared to 3.0pfor the year ended 31 December 2006. The ex-dividend date is 7 May 2008.
