HML Holdings plc (AIM: HMLH), a leading provider of property management, insurance and ancillary services to residential property blocks, draws shareholders' attention to the announcement (the "Rule 2.7 Announcement") made today by BDB Nominee Company Limited, a private limited liability company, formed at the direction of Harwood Capital LLP, in relation to a recommended cash offer for the issued and to be issued share capital of HML.
