Recalling of members of the Supervisory Board

09.06.2017 - Report 35/2017: Recalling of members of the Supervisory Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna informs that on 8th June, 2017 the Extraordinary General Meeting of Bank dismissed the following members of the Supervisory Board:

1) Mr. Jerzy Woźnicki,

2) Mr. Leszek Pawłowicz,

3) Mr. Dariusz Filar,

4) Ms. Katarzyna Majchrzak,

The Representative of the Shareholder and the Management Board of the Bank Pekao S.A. express the words of gratitude for long-term cooperation, commitment and contribution in the development of Bank Pekao S.A. .

Legal basis: § 5 sec.1 p. 21 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19th February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent.
