Realisation of Investment

Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that its subsidiary, The Share Centre Limited, on 16 December 2016, sold 40,000 of the shares it held in the London Stock Exchange Group plc, reducing this holding to 60,000 shares. The sale realised proceeds of £1,120,399.00 which will serve to further strengthen the Company's balance sheet.
