Readmission to Trading on the London Stock Exchange

Digital Landscape Group, Inc. (the "Company") today announces the readmission of its ordinary shares and warrants to the standard listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and that trading in the Company's ordinary shares and warrants will recommence at 8:00am today on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market under tickers "DLGI" in respect of the ordinary shares and "DLGW" in respect of the warrants.
