Morgan Sindall PLC07 February 2007 Morgan Sindall plc £34 million Rea Valley, Birmingham housing regeneration scheme Lovell, the affordable housing subsidiary of construction group Morgan Sindallplc, has been selected by Bromford Housing Group for a £34 million housingregeneration scheme in the Rea Valley area of Northfield, Birmingham. Lovell will build 353 new homes. These will be a mix of two-bedroom apartments,two-bedroom bungalows and two to five-bedroom houses which will be foraffordable rent and shared ownership through Bromford Housing Group. The modernnew purpose-built homes will replace defective pre-cast reinforced concretehousing which is being demolished. The development is set for completion in2010.
