As part of the new agreement, Eckoh will also be supplying the contact callcentre operation and this extended service now provides Vue with a true end toend telephony solution for their cinema business. The new exclusive contractruns until July 2009. Vue Entertainment is the one of the UK's largest operators of modern multiplexcinemas in the country. Vue's circuit has now reached a landmark of 58 cinemaswith over 550 screens. The cinema information and ticket booking service was originally launched in May2004 and provides Vue with a one-number telephone solution for its group ofcinemas. The service is hosted on Eckoh's 10,000 line call processing platformand receives over 3 million calls every year from Vue's customers.
