Voting Rights and Capital
Pursuant to Rule 5.6.1 of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Electra Private Equity Plc notifies the market of the total voting rights of the Company.
The Company's capital consists of 35,338,687 ordinary shares of 25 pence each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 35,338,687.
The figure of 35,338,687 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Electra Private Equity Plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
