Re. Suspension of shares
Intimas Group plc ("Intimas" or "the Company") is a designer and supplier of ladies' intimate apparel, with a portfolio of brands comprising Lepel, Charnos Lingerie, DM and Urban Nights, a substantial private label division and retail outlets
The Board of Intimas notes the suspension of trading in Intimas shares on AIM today, which follows its confirmation to AIM that the Company would not be in a position to publish its final results for the year to 31 December 2008 by the deadline for publication of 30 June.
As indicated in its most recent trading update on 12 June, the Board secured its existing funding arrangements for the short term, but continues to seek the additional equity investment that is a condition of securing longer term support.
