SHARE BUYBACK ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the announcement on 14th July 2009 relating to the Company's share buy-back programme, any shares that Ambrian Capital plc buys back from 1st January 2010 until such time as the announcement of Ambrian Capital's full year results will be handled by Fox Pitt Kelton Limited (a member of the Macquarie Group), at its sole discretion, and during that period the company and its directors will have no power to invoke any changes to the programme.
