References to the Dividend should be to the Interim and not the Final Dividend. The full amended text appears below: 8 April 2005 PRIMARY HEALTH PROPERTIES PLC (the "Company") On 21 November 2002, at the Extraordinary General Meeting, the Directors of theCompany ("Directors") were granted authority to offer new ordinary sharesinstead of cash in respect of dividends (the "Scrip Dividend Alternative"). On9 March 2005 the Directors announced an interim dividend for the year ending 30June 2005 of 6p per Ordinary Share (the "Interim Dividend"). A Circular dated 8 April 2005 will be posted to shareholders in respect of theScrip Dividend Alternative (the "Circular") together with a form of election andnotice of entitlement and the Company's Interim Report. The Circular will offerthe shareholders on the register of members on 18 March 2005 the opportunity toelect to receive new ordinary shares instead of cash in respect of the InterimDividend.
