Sports Direct International Plc09 August 2007 9 August 2007 Sports Direct International plc Posting of Report and Accounts The board of Sports Direct International plc (the Company) announces that theCompany's Annual Report and Accounts and AGM notice will be posted toshareholders today. In its preliminary results announcement on 24th July 2007 the Company statedthat, at the AGM in September, shareholders' approval would be sought for thepurchase of 35 properties (33 retail and 2 office premises) from Mike Ashley,the Executive Deputy Chairman.
