On 15 January 2013, the Registrar of Companies issued a certificate of re-registration to the Company certifying that Affinity Water Finance (2004) PLC, formerly a public company, has been re-registered under the Companies Act 2006 as a private limited company and is now incorporated under the name of Affinity Water Finance (2004) Limited.

The Company had notified the United Kingdom Listing Authority its intention to re-register and confirmed that after re-registration, it would continue to comply with its continuing obligations as regards its listed securities as if it were still a public limited company.
