PANTHEON INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATIONS PLC ("PIP")
In the light of recent high levels of investment activity PIP is reviewing its financing and the Board will be considering the extent to which expected investment activity should be financed from a new issue of Ordinary and/or Redeemable shares. Any such issue of shares would be made at not less than the most recently announced NAV per share at the time of issue.
