RE-ORGANISATION OF SHARE CAPITAL
London: 4 June 2009 - Further to the Company's announcement of 14 May 2009 and the passing of the resolutions at the Company's General meeting held on 29 May 2009, Mercator Gold confirms that shareholders as 5.00 p.m. on 29 May 2009 have each received, for each ordinary share of 10 pence each held, one new ordinary share of 0.1 pence each and 1 deferred share of 9.9 pence each.
Following this re-organisation, the Company has 72,674,911 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in issue.
