The Company announces that, with effect from 31st July 2014, Daniel Stewart & Company Plc became an ORB Participant on the London Stock Exchange's Order Book for Retail Bonds ("ORB").

ORB is an electronic bond market for retail investors, offering continuous two-way pricing for trading in UK gilts and retail-size corporate bonds on-exchange.
