Begbies Traynor Group plc, the specialist professional services organisation, notes that the OFT has today launched a market study into corporate insolvency.
Begbies Traynor will be delighted to provide data and information to assist the OFT in its study as well as providing its own views as to the workings of the market, at a time when heightened levels of corporate insolvency have raised the industry's profile.
The Group believes that the majority of the market operates effectively and competitively, but would support any opening up of the market to competition for larger insolvencies.
