("Wichford" or the "Company") Notification of Proposed Admission to the Official List and Cancellation of trading on AIM 26 November 2007 Wichford P.L.C., the property investment company, is pleased to announce itsintended move from London Stock Exchange plc's AIM market ("AIM") to theOfficial List of the UK Listing Authority (the "Admission"). The Company gives notice under rule 41 of the AIM Rules that the cancellation ofadmission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM ("Cancellation")will take place simultaneously with the admission of the Company's ordinaryshares to the Official List and trading on London Stock Exchange plc's mainmarket for listed securities, which is expected to become effective at 8.00 a.m.on or around 28 December 2007. The Company expects to publish its prospectus in connection with Admission inlate December 2007. Cancellation and Admission is conditional, inter alia, onthe approval of the prospectus by the UK Listing Authority and the approval ofthe applications by both the UK Listing Authority and London Stock Exchange plc.
