UPDATION OF MTN PROGRAMME

In terms of clause 36 of the listing agreement, we advise that the Bank has a Medium Term Note (MTN) Programme -for USD 5 billion. The Offering Circular (OC) under the MTN Programme has been updated on 14th October 2010 with the audited financial data of the Bank as on 31.03.2010 and has been filed with the Singapore Exchange.
