OF STOCKHOLDERS

Frontera Resources Corporation (London Stock Exchange, AIM Market - Symbol: FRR; OTC Market - Symbol: FRTE), an independent oil and gas exploration and production company ("Frontera" or the "Company"), today advises that the previously announced date for the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of December 2, 2010 has been postponed to the first quarter of 2011 due to scheduling conflicts with executive management.
