In relation to the appointment of Jane Lodge to the Board of DCC plc, as announced on 5 September 2012 and taking effect on 4 October 2012, Ms. Lodge is currently a non-executive Board member of Devro plc and of Costain Group PLC. There are no other details to be disclosed under Listing Rule 6.6.7 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and Listing Rule 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the Financial Services Authority.
