New contract for SGP Property & Facilities Management business
SGP Property & Facilities Management, the Property and Facilities Management business of the Johnson Service Group PLC, is delighted to announce a new contract with Pizza Hut and KFC. Part of Yum! Brand Inc, the world's largest restaurant group operating over 35,000 restaurants in 100 countries, the Pizza Hut and KFC chains operate over 1,400 restaurants in the UK & Ireland.
SGP will be managing all of the maintenance activities to over 800 non-franchised restaurants across the UK. The central help desk will enable SGP to co-ordinate the efficient delivery of planned and reactive maintenance activities for property and catering equipment across geographic regions, utilizing a mix of national and local suppliers to deliver a consistent standard of technical competence and service levels across the portfolio.
