Re Microsoft's Investment in Retail Sector
K3, a leading supplier of Microsoft based supply chain management software solutions, notes the announcement issued yesterday by Microsoft that it is expanding its presence in the retail sector and has acquired the Dynamics AX retail solution from LS Retail EHF in order to enhance its existing Dynamics suite of ERP business solutions.
K3 is one of the UK's largest Microsoft Dynamics partners, and the largest LS Retail distributor worldwide, with retail customers such as Carpetright, Alliance Boots and Adidas in over 30 countries. The Group therefore views this development very positively and believes that Microsoft's continued investment in positioning itself as the global brand leader for mid-range business software brings additional opportunities and benefits to K3.
